Long River Tops Off $4 Million Round of Financing in Eggrock, Inc.
Eggrock, the leading manufacturer of pre-built bathrooms in the United States, recently announced that it has closed a $4 million round of funding with the addition of Long River Ventures as an investor. Long River joins Harbor Light Capital Partners, Boynton Angels, and individual investors in completing this round. Eggrock plans to use the new funding to help fuel its next phase of growth and support its entry into several new markets such as student housing and military facilities.

Greycroft Partners joins Long River Ventures and Village Ventures in backing Extreme Reach, Inc.
Long River Ventures announced today that its portfolio company, Extreme Reach, has secured additional investment from a leading digital media venture capital firm, Greycroft Partners LLC. Long River Ventures and Village Ventures, which co-led a Series A round at the end of 2008 but left the round open for 90 days, also participated in the additional funding.

Phreesia, the Patient Check-In Company™, the leader in patient-intake, announced today the close of an $11.6 million investment, bringing total investment to date to $25 million. BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners, L.P., a corporate venture fund of the BlueCross BlueShield Association, and Sandbox Industries led the round, joining existing investors Polaris Venture Partners, HLM Venture Partners, and Long River Ventures.
